By booking a tour with Mihith Lanka Tours & Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings are made directly through our team. Once you confirm your tour details with us, we will schedule your appointment and arrange your airport pickup and planned travel route. Please provide accurate information when booking, including your arrival time, number of travelers, and any special needs. If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, inform us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule. During your tour, follow the guidance of our driver and staff to ensure your safety and comfort. We expect guests to act responsibly and treat our team, vehicles, and local communities with respect. Mihith Lanka Tours & Travels works with trusted partners for accommodation, activities, and transport when required, but we cannot take responsibility for situations beyond our control such as delays, weather conditions, or third-party service issues. It is your responsibility to ensure your travel documents, including your passport, visa, and any required permits, are valid before you travel. If you have medical conditions or special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can assist you properly. If you face any issues during your tour, contact us immediately so we can help resolve them. Any formal concerns can be shared with us after the tour for review.
